Yoghurt is to breakfast as bacon is to...

You'd never guess it, especially if you follow the blog from now on, but I'm not a natural-born bacon lover. Neither am I likely to ever utter anything remotely close to "Glory to the bacon!" Be as it may, bacon is food that few would turn their heads away in disapproval to or decline to nothing but devour anything that has even a hint of bacon... or so I've come to believe.

But what's bacon for some, yoghurt is for me, especially at breakfast time.

Maybe because I originate from Bulgaria, homeland of yoghurt, but I'm a nazi when it comes to selecting yoghurt. So far, the closest I've come to enjoying yoghurt in Northern Europe is Tine's natural yoghurt. Norwegians know what I'm talking about. However, natural yoghurt is often seen as boring and thus substituted for the flavoured versions with an alarming percentage of sugar content and a totally ruined yoghurt experience. So, as an indulgence and for those of you who do not enjoy plain natural yoghurt, I'll share my recipe for a yoghurt breakfast that has all the goodies in it with zero of the added sugar.

Is that breakfast for champions or what?!
